Children's security top priority

Management at Perth's new Wonderland Nursery were quick to recognise that children's security and safety should be a number one priority.

This is why they called in Scottish Communications to deliver the full works from their security equipment range. This included the installation of a CCTV system to cover the nursery areas linked back to a central office with digital recording facility.

Access control was fitted so as to allow entry to the nursery for permitted people only, and also installed was the latest Samsung telephone and public address system. The multi-zone system has individual volume control for the voice and music source in each room. The PA system is also linked to the telephone network, allowing announcements to be made from each individual hand-set.

Situated right in the heart of Perth at Whitefriars, the bright, new, purpose-built building has been specially designed by the nursery's owners Lorraine and Graham MacDonald to offer children the very best in nursery care.

Wonderland has spaces for 180 youngsters with there being plenty of room for them to enjoy themselves in six comfortable, bright rooms which are beautifully decorated with stacks of gleaming toys, books and playthings.
